River Rats Festival

Bringing Athabasca and surrounding communities together to enjoy music, local artisans, and many other family oriented activities. Come celebrate Canada Day weekend on the banks of the mighty Athabasca River.

The 2012 Magnificent River Rats Festival will be held on June 30th and July 1st, 2012 at the Riverfront in downtown Athabasca.

The parade will be held on Saturday, Show & Shine, Seniors Pancake Breakfast and fireworks will be held on Sunday and a Kids Zone both days. Their will be lots of side shows, farmers market, and Lions food tents available.

Tickets are $10/day and can be purchased at the gate. There will be no advanced ticket purchases.
