Camping
There are many good campgrounds in the Athabasca Region. Many people spend the weekend at the lake and drive into town for the festival. Your weekend can include some relaxing by the lake, fishing and/or boating.
Rivers Edge Campground – is adjacent to the festival. Most lots are filled up on a first come basis a week in advance of the event. No reservations taken.
Blueberry Hill RV Park – Located 2km north of Athabasca on Highway 813. Make your reservation early. Head next door for a round of golf. Shuttle service will be available from this campground. 780.675.3733 or toll free 1.800.9452

Overflow Camping - General Public overflow dry-land camping is available by the baseball diamond across from Athabasca Golf & County Club and Blueberry Hill RV Park. Contact Athabasca Country Tourism for further details 675-9297 or stop by the Orange Caboose Visitor Information Centre.
RV camping for Troops and members of their family is available at Edwin Parr School and the old Arena and Curling Rink Parking Lots. No tents please. Valid military ID and/or passes from the Family Resource Centre are required.
